Requirements We are seeking experienced Lead AEM Engineers to join our dynamic team, each specializing in one of the following areas: Frontend Development , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , and Edge Delivery Services (EDS) . These roles are critical in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across our platforms. Role : AEM Engineer - Senior Consultant Location: Sydney Visa: Citizens and PR only. Key Responsibilities Frontend Lead Developer Lead the design and development of responsive, high‑performance web applications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. AEM Lead Developer Architect and implement AEM‑based solutions including components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Lead the migration and upgrade of AEM platforms. Collaborate with content authors and marketing teams to enable efficient content management. Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AEM implementations. EDS Lead Developer Design and develop enterprise‑grade data services and APIs. Lead integration efforts across multiple systems and platforms. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met. Collaborate with data architects and analysts to support business intelligence initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in ARM engineering and leading development teams. Strong expertise in one of the following: Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS AEM: Adobe Experience Manager, Java, Sling, JCR EDS: API development, Microservices, Data modeling, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
