BARISTA | WAITSTAFF

We are looking for a casual BARISTA / WAITSTAFF who wants to be a part of a busy Breakfast/Lunch Dining experience. We are open 7 days and rosters will rotate with weekend work included. You must be able to multi task in front of house whilst offering friendly courteous service. Wait Staff need to have the ability to adjust to menu changes and be able to contribute to back of house Desert/Beverage preparation including cocktails. Barista experience is highly regarded. Our restaurant is licensed and applicants who are confident in wine and alcohol service are preferred but not essential. Our barista must have on the job experience, a strong knowledge of coffee machines and grinder adjusting as required, a strong attention to detail, including coffee art as well as a willingness to assist in other Beverages cocktails/smoothies/juices.
