Physiotherapist – Konekt Graduate Program – Mayfield Join our two‑year graduate program at the Mayfield office and become part of a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants committed to helping Australians be safe and well at work. Position Summary Bendigo Advertiser is looking for self‑starting graduates to evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers who have experienced work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries or illnesses, conduct assessments, and manage client progress toward a return‑to‑work goal. Responsibilities Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries, or who have experienced a work‑debilitating illness. Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living. Perform specialist functional and pre‑employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing). Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests. Manage effective case management, plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return‑to‑work goal. Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. Qualifications Hold a degree in Physiotherapy. Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduation. Graduate in 2025 and be able to commence early 2026. Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential). Obtain a current Working with Children Check and a pre‑employment national criminal check. Hold a full driver's license (own vehicle not necessary).
