Responsibilities Evaluating treatment/rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work injuries. Conducting assessments: initial needs, workplace, ergonomics, activities of daily living. Conducting specialist functional and pre‑employment assessments (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing). Helping clients identify future employment/training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, interests. Effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return‑to‑work goals. Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to facilitate business objectives. Important Qualifications Hold a degree in Physiotherapy and be eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduation. Graduated in last 12 months or graduating in 2025. Desirable: Comcare accredited.
