Your Responsibilities Deliver intensive case management and facilitate behaviour/education interventions for students at risk of disengagement. Work with students, families, principals, and community organisations to design and implement individual support, transition, and behaviour plans. Provide strategic advice through data analysis to strengthen student engagement and improve educational outcomes. Build inclusive and culturally responsive practices for First Nations students, students with disability, and culturally diverse communities. What We're Looking For Strong experience in case management, education support, or youth engagement. Excellent relationship-building skills with families, schools, and service providers. High-level communication and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have Background in education, social work, or youth justice. Familiarity with Queensland Department of Education policies and procedures. Experience leading change in complex environments. Mandatory Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Current driver's licence Willingness to travel Work some after-hours Interested?
