Location: Strong Geelong Role Type: Independent Contractor / Personal Trainer Earning Potential: UNCAPPED Start: Immediate THE ROLE Strong Geelong is expanding and we’re looking for a high-level STRONG Coach to join our floor and help elevate our members through: Personal Training Semi-Private Coaching Member Programming Support Floor Coaching & Athlete Development This is a performance-based coaching role inside one of Geelong’s fastest-growing strength gyms. THIS IS FOR A COACH WHO: Cares about results Loves strength training Can lead from the front Wants to be part of something bigger than themselves YOU’LL BE WORKING ALONGSIDE: Jess (Gym Manager) running operations & culture Sales & Front of House Staff feeding you leads and bookings We build the pipeline. EARNING POTENTIAL Rent / split-based coaching model (negotiable based on experience) Uncapped personal training income Semi-private session earnings Opportunity to scale into full-time coaching hours WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Coaching & Programming Deliver high-level 1:1 and semi-private coaching Support member training and technique Assist with member programming execution Drive real progress and outcomes Member Experience Build relationships with members Support beginners with confidence on the floor Uphold Strong Geelong culture and standards Be a visible leader inside the gym Professional Standards Maintain a clean, professional coaching presence Log sessions properly Communicate clearly with the Gym Manager Represent the STRONG brand at all times WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR ✅ Qualified Personal Trainers ✅ Strength, powerlifting or strongman background preferred ✅ Confident coaching groups and individuals ✅ High energy and great communication ✅ Driven to build a real coaching career ✅ Wants to grow in a premium strength facility No: 30-minute rush jobs Sales-only roles WHY STRONG GEELONG Premium strength facility High demand for PT Strong brand presence No coaching ceiling Room to grow into leadership & senior coaching roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
