Paid Media Manager – Senior Consultant G Squared is growing and we want you to join our award‑winning paid media team. This role gives you full ownership of selected clients and the opportunity to work closely with a team of experts in Google and Meta Ads while maintaining our high standard of work. What you’ll be responsible for Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, TikTok Ads and others. Delegate campaign tasks to Performance Coordinators. Setup and manage website tracking requirements for sales and leads. Optimise campaigns using channel data and third‑party data. Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Provide performance reports to clients. We want somebody who has Tertiary qualification in communications, business, marketing or similar field. 6+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads with proven success examples. Preference for B2B/lead generation clients. Excellent attention to detail. Common sense and good critical judgement. Programmatic experience preferable. Google Tag Manager and website tracking experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong business acumen.
