Care Worker – Lilian Wells North Parramatta Uniting North Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. What You’ll Be Doing Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home, helping to support their independence and improve their quality of life. Assist with daily living such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtimes and general mobility. Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings. Who We’re Looking For A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you are studying or have recently become qualified. Adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, with the ability to live Uniting’s everyday values of compassion, respect, imagination and boldness.
