Care Connect is seeking dedicated, female® Home Care Support Workers to provide in‑home support to our clients in West Ryde and surrounding areas. The Role As a Home Care Support Worker you will deliver essential services including: Domestic duties (cleaning & laundry) Personal grooming & hygiene assistance Medication reminders Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation Mobility assistance within the home and local community You will prioritize your clients’ well‑being and provide compassionate care and support at all times. To be successful you will have: A fantastic attitude, active listening skills and a genuine interest in helping others Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care, OR Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (or first‑year study towards it) Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance First Aid and CPR certification (required to commence work) Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages is welcomed. Full Australian working rights and up‑to‑date Police & Working With Children checks are required; we can arrange police checks for successful candidates.
