Key Responsibilities Service Ownership & Operations Lead the AWS managed services team responsible for monitoring, incident management, backup/recovery, patching, and performance optimization. Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and continuous availability of customer environments. Proactively identify and address issues, risks, and incidents to minimize business impact. Customer Engagement & Support Act as the escalation point for customers for AWS operations and managed services. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and ensure AWS environments are aligned with best practices and compliance requirements. Provide regular reporting, cost insights, and service reviews to customers and stakeholders. Team Leadership & Process Management Lead, mentor, and grow the CMS team within a large enterprise environment, fostering a culture of accountability, customer-first mindset, and continuous learning. Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in service delivery to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Ensure processes align with ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management. Cloud Governance & Optimization Implement and maintain governance for security, compliance, cost management, and operational best practices in AWS. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to align managed services with enterprise cloud strategies. Continuously optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
