The Nepean Pharmacy team is seeking to engage a Senior Inpatient Pharmacist to oversee the delivery of high‑quality pharmacy services, including after‑hours support, while directly reporting to the Director of Pharmacy. This is a pivotal position that combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, guiding a team of pharmacists, interns, technicians, assistants and support staff. Beyond providing pharmaceutical care to patients across the hospital and affiliated institutions, you’ll take charge of supervising drug distribution processes to ensure safe and accurate medication delivery. You’ll also lead patient service, clinical engagement, and educational activities within your designated areas, all while upholding the hospital’s commitment to professionalism, compassion and service excellence.
