Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$190,000.00/yr ABOUT YOU Our well-known and respected client is looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer who is confident to take on a senior level position and lead the team to deliver projects. You will have: An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Relevant tertiary qualifications. A minimum of 8+ years consulting expertise for a Senior role. 15+ years experience for an Associate position. Proven track record in executing Australian projects from start to finish. A sound knowledge of the Australian codes. Client-oriented with business development expertise. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer , your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the day-to-day running of significant projects. Manage both external and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management Systems. Identify business development opportunities as well as maintain current client relationships. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
