Their head office based in Brisbane offers a range of equipment & services including : Sale of new all-terrain & rough terrain cranes, crawler cranes & parts Specialised trailers & trucks Technical support & servicing via a team of highly qualified technicians & mechanics Genuine parts and support Position Due to continual national growth, the Brisbane team is looking to recruit a Workshop Mechanic to be based in the Murarrie. It will join a large team providing both workshop and field-based support to clients. Responsibilities will include : General and preventative maintenance Workshop servicing works from simple to complex jobs Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic works Occasional visits out to customer sites Customer support, crane inspection and repair High level fault finding and diagnostics Benefits Earn mid six figure salary in your first year Hourly rate up to $42.50 / hr + super + overtime (OR HIGHER BASED ON EXP) Overseas OEM training and development programs Legitimate opportunities to progress into a field service tech role or senior workshop roles Candidate We're willing to consider candidates with any relevant mechanic experience working on heavy mobile plant. The business is willing to provide equipment training if you've not worked on cranes previously. Ideal experience is as listed below : Field service or workshop experience with mobile cranes, material handling, access equipment, EWPs, trucks, earthmoving or any other relatable equipment Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills High level of autonomy and ability to work unsupervised Experience with maintenance, emergency breakdowns and fault-finding Great with customers Reliable and trustworthy Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
