Overview D M Jewellers' is seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Content Creation professional to join our vibrant team in Maroochydore, Queensland. As a part-time Sales and Content Creation specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, engaging with customers, and creating compelling digital content to showcase our exceptional jewellery collection. Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, both in-person and through digital channels Developing and executing engaging social media content, including product photography, videos, and written copy Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the brand's online presence and reach Assisting with inventory management and product merchandising Continuously learning about the latest jewellery trends and industry developments Contributing to the overall success and growth of the D M Jewellers' business Qualifications Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail or jewellery industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with experience in content creation for social media platforms Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A passion for the jewellery industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude What we offer At D M Jewellers', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
