We're expanding and seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to drive our brand forward and elevate our presence in the competitive hospitality scene. The Role As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio. Reporting directly to the Directors EA, you'll work closely with venue managers and the leadership team to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue through creative, targeted campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital, social media, PR, events, and partnerships. Manage social media channels, content creation, and community engagement to grow our loyal following. Oversee digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta), email marketing, and SEO to maximise visibility and bookings. Collaborate on promotions, menu launches, events, and collaborations with local suppliers and influencers. Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights to optimise results. Coordinate photography, videography, and branding to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across all platforms. Build relationships with media, influencers, and the local community to enhance our reputation. About You 3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or food & beverage. Proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management. Strong creative skills with experience in content creation and brand storytelling. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for food, dining, and the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience in CANVA, META BUSINESS SUITE, PLATFORMS LATER, KLAVIYO.
