About the practice The practice is a general practice with some dentists with special interests in Prosthodontics, Implants, Oral Surgery, TMD and Periodontics. We are seeking general dentists and those who have advanced skills in any disciplines of dentistry and in particular those comfortable with minor oral surgery and endodontics. Currently there are no other specialists in Bunbury and the SW region except for Orthodontists and one Periodontist. If you have specialist qualifications or any advanced post graduate qualifications in any discipline or just a dentist who enjoys doing all aspects of dentistry you will have an instant referral base of 16 dentists not counting those from surrounding practices. Apart from clinical dentistry, the individual can also participate in a “mentorship” position to help guide young graduates working within the group. The practice is well equipped with digital scanners, cone beam machine, Rayface 3d facial scanner, jaw tracking with MODJAW, rotary endodontics and enough toys to keep most dentists happy. Our demographics include private patients, government CPDSS patients and we also work with SWAMS looking after our Indigenous community. Experience and qualifications required The individual that we seek are dentists wishing to relocate for a wonderful coastal lifestyle change and yet have the benefit of professional advancement. For international applicants, we will be happy to sponsor and help to obtain the necessary Visa for the individual and family to join our group. We are happy to field enquiries from new graduates as well. An excellent mentorship programme including treatment planning sessions, webinars and in house help and guidance is available. Due to Australian Dental Board Regulations we can only sponsor applicants who hold an undergraduate dental degree from the UK, Australia or New Zealand. If you have passed your Australian Dental Council (ADC) examinations you can also be considered. What's on offer for the successful candidate You will also be assured of a full book on commencement and the staff will work hard to ensure your books stays that way Remuneration is commission based and is commensurate with experience and expertise.
