Small Sprouts Therapy – Mount Sheridan QLD Client Services Officer $27.80 per hour + superPart-time | 0.7 FTE (26.6 hours per week)8-month contract | Commencing late January 2026Location: Mt Sheridan, Cairns Small Sprouts Therapy is a warm, welcoming paediatric speech pathology clinic in Mt Sheridan, with a strong passion for supporting the community in which we work. We are excited to welcome a Client Services Officer to our team on an 8-month part‑time contract, commencing in late January 2026. This is a maternity leave position with possibility of contact extension. This role provides the backbone of our daily operations. You will deliver professional, efficient customer service, while supporting our therapists and directors through a range of administrative and organisational tasks. We are looking for someone who will help ensure our therapy services run smoothly and who will contribute positively to the ongoing growth of our practice. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and families in a warm, professional, and courteous manner Respond to client enquiries and process new referrals Maintain confidential and accurate client records Manage inventory and order office supplies and clinic stock Assist therapists with resource creation, preparation, and organisation Support infection control and general tidiness of the clinic Complete administrative tasks and support requests from the Directors About Us Small Sprouts Therapy is a private paediatric speech pathology clinic located in Cairns’ southern suburbs. Our therapists work with children aged 0–12 years and their families across clinic, daycare, and kindergarten settings. We offer individual and group therapy, provide capacity‑building services to parents, carers, and educators, and are passionate about growing children’s functional communication skills. Our team includes six speech pathologists and one part‑time support staff member. We embrace an inclusive workplace culture with a strong focus on ongoing personal and professional development.
