Position Overview The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the organisation’s brand, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and communication materials. This role involves designing across a variety of mediums including print, digital, social media, and web assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering visually engaging outputs. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Development Design high-quality visual assets including brochures, advertisements, posters, banners, presentations, social media content, website graphics, and email templates. Develop creative concepts and layouts based on project briefs and brand strategy. Produce artwork for both digital and print channels with attention to detail and technical accuracy. Create and update brand-consistent templates for internal and external use. Brand Management Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Support ongoing improvement of brand assets and visual standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand style guides. Digital Content Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns. Edit and retouch images and videos when required. Optimise graphics for various platforms and screen sizes. Work closely with marketing, sales, product teams, and external agencies. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas. Manage and prioritise multiple design requests with deadlines. Production & File Management Prepare production-ready artwork for print and liaise with printers/suppliers. Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries. Conduct quality checks on all creative materials before delivery. Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house). Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is advantageous. Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is desirable. Understanding of print production processes and file preparation. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and creative flair. Excellent time management and ability to work across multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take and incorporate feedback constructively.
