Applications close Thursday 20th November 2025 If your application is progressed, you will be contacted and invited to an in-person interview on 24th-25th November 2025 As our store operates seven days per week, you must be available to work a rotating roster, including a mix of day and evening shifts. You must also be available to work three out of four weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday). About this work area As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked. Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. As Sales Co-worker you are: Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
