On Highway Supervisor

Due to continued growth, an excellent Permanent Full-Time career opportunity has arisen for an experienced On Highway Supervisor to lead our On Highway Team in our Darwin workshop. Responsibilities include; Achieve and exceed annual financial operating targets for revenue, gross margin and expenses. Direct the Service Department to ensure that efficiencies in operation are achieved and monitored, quality work is produced and customer needs are satisfied. Enhance the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department. Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Service Department. Assist with the development of the Service Team in order to enhance the personal development of employees to achieve consistent and effective service delivery and overall quality customer service. General supervision and responsibility for On Highway areas that aim to meet customer schedules and maximise resource availability and capability. Lead and coach technicians in repair routines promoting safety and quality in all aspects of the workshop environment providing input into training and development areas. Promote productivity and efficiency improvements with all technicians to maximise profitability and efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction by working towards achieving customer schedules for return of vehicles. About You Trade Qualifications - Diesel Mechanic or similar At least 5 years' experience in the Heavy Vehicle or Engine Business. Demonstrated experience in developing and motivating a workforce. Experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information. Ability to understand and grasp technical product information and product resolution Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships Experience in managing Budgets (Capital and Revenue).
