The role of the Contract Manager - DFR proactively supports the Adecco DFR business unit with matters relating to the administration and management of Adecco’s Recruitment Services Contract with Defence. This includes managing the process for Contract Change Requests, Scope and Quotations, Contract Notices, Remediation Plans, Contract Status Reporting and other contractual obligations and deliverables.

Detailed Job Description
As the Contract Manager, you will coordinate the quarterly Contract Status Report, manage contract notices and changes, and oversee deliverables and audit records. You will also support governance forums and collaborate with Heads of Functions and the DBCM function for effective RSC Contract Management.
You will be responsible for:
Contract AdministrationCoordination of the quarterly Contract Status ReportSecretariat responsibilities for the Contract Management Committee including minutes and action trackingPreparation of Contract Notifications and other relevant correspondence with the CommonwealthPreparation and delivery against Remediation PlansContract ManagementEnsuring Contract Notices received are actioned appropriatelyFacilitation of the Contract Change Proposal and Scope and Quotation ProcessProviding input, Analysis and Insights into the Contract Status ReportFacilitation of the submission of Deliverables to the CommonwealthUnderstanding and creating audit records around Contract Obligations including Commonwealth PoliciesOwnership and oversight of the Governance forums required under the ContractStakeholder RelationshipsWorking with Heads of Functions to support the responsibilities aboveWorking with the DBCM function in all matters relating to RSC Contract ManagementCandidate’s ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.Your background will demonstrate:Timely delivery of deliverablesAttention to detail and action trackingAbility to identify and mitigate risksStrong discipline and cadence in stakeholder engagementMaintenance of key relationships with DFR Heads of FunctionsCreative problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of legal and commercial implicationsAbility to provide sound legal and commercial adviceEducation and experience required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Law5+ years of experience in a similar role with complex government contracts10+ years of experience in similar roles across various industriesTo apply for this position,
