About the role Are you a people person with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting a dynamic team? Manteena Group is seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Fyshwick Head Office and a key contributor to our daily operations. We’re looking to fill this role through a job share arrangement with two part-time employees, but we’re also open to considering a full-time candidate if we’re unable to meet our needs with part-time coverage. Our core business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who can work collaboratively to ensure full coverage during these times. This opportunity is ideal for Students seeking flexible hours and hands-on professional experience. Working parents or caregivers looking for part-time hours that accommodate school drop-offs and pick-ups. Key Responsibilities of the role This is an on-site position supporting a medium-sized team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: Greeting walk in guests and answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Providing general office support including filing, photocopying, mail handling, and other tasks. Monitoring and ordering office supplies and consumables Assisting our corporate team with various administrative tasks including meeting scheduling Helping to organise staff social events and contributing to a positive team culture Assisting in maintaining a tidy and well‑organised reception and common office areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors Other ad‑hoc duties as requested. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is personable, confident, well‑organised, and motivated to thrive in a collaborative team setting. Ideally, you will bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great time management skills with the ability to cope with multiple competing priorities A positive and proactive attitude with willingness to learn and follow office procedures Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) A team‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to support others Mandatory for the role You must have rights to work in Australia to apply for this position The Successful candidate will be required to hold a current drivers license with own vehicle Why Join Manteena?
