Their close-knit team of around six operates with warmth, professionalism and respect. The Principal leads by example — open‑minded, approachable and genuinely invested in helping staff develop their skills and confidence. What You’ll Be Doing This role suits someone with a solution‑focused mindset and enjoys being an integral part of a small, high‑performing team. Draft and prepare consent orders, parenting plans and affidavits Manage disclosure and maintain organised electronic files Liaise directly with clients, the court and counsel in a professional, empathetic manner Monitor timelines, coordinate hearing dates and ensure deadlines are met Assist with billing, reporting and practice administration when needed What You’ll Bring Minimum 3‑5 years’ hands‑on experience as a Paralegal, ideally with Family and/or Criminal Law experience High emotional intelligence and genuine client empathy Strong drafting and file‑management skills with great attention to detail Proactive problem‑solver who enjoys teamwork and clear communication Apply Today Apply now or email your resume to Janine Cloete (Legal – VIC & SA) at ******@gorillajobs.com.au to hear more about the opportunity.
