If so, let's talk We are seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to oversee a variety of culinary venues within our busy tropical resort. The ideal applicants are ready for their next adventure, seeking a permanent role and are motivated to lead. Ideally, you will have strong experience within a restaurant, venue or resort environment and be able to support your team with ongoing training and development. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, this is a full-time, live on, salary position based on a World Heritage listed island. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Experience in Food and Beverage leadership Strong ability to train staff and lead teams Keen understanding of staff progression and ongoing coaching Ability to drive others to achieve team KPI's Valid Queensland RSA certificate with wine and cocktail knowledge Motivated to take ownership of your venue Career progression available for the right candidate About Us K'gari is a World Heritage listed island off Australia’s Eastern Queensland coast, is the world’s largest sand island, stretching over 120km.
