Build a rewarding career with an organisation that truly puts people first $44.58 per hour + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging benefits Part-time (30.4 hours per week) ongoing opportunity based in Dubbo About the program The Dubbo Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC), supported by Western NSW Primary Health Network through the Australian Government's PHN Program, is a free, safe and welcoming service where community members can access mental health advice, supports and services. No appointment or referral is required, and walk-ins are always welcome. About the opportunity As a Community Engagement Worker with Wellways, you'll help ensure the Dubbo MMHC is community-driven, inclusive and responsive to local needs. Your work will strengthen wellbeing, build partnerships and create opportunities for individuals, families and communities to connect and thrive.
