Help with food preparation and feeding. Ensure hydration and nutrition. Monitor and report changes in needs. Assist with mobility and transfers. Domestic Assistance: Shopping for and with clients. Transport: Drive clients to appointments and outings. Social Support: Provide personal assistance and emotional support. Encourages independence and support clients' rights. Additional Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients and management. Work Experience and Skills Experience in Aged Care and Community Care. Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards. Reliable vehicle with insurance. Mobile phone and internet access. Essential Qualifications Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. AFP National Police Check. Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle. Rights to work in Australia.
