Overview Join to apply for the ADF Rehabilitation Consultant role at Acumen Health . Acumen Health (part of the APM Group) delivers services across personal injury and occupational health, focusing on recovery and function to help clients return to work and daily life. This role supports our work across ADF and DVA portfolios, assisting Veterans and current ADF members. This is a hybrid role with work from local ADF bases and the Acumen office, with some work-from-home options. Responsibilities Take a holistic care approach within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing. Perform a variety of assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders including the injured/ill employee, medical specialists, and other treatment providers. Work across ADF and DVA portfolios to support Veterans and current ADF members. What Will Make You Successful Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC, or AASW. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work. Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals. Passion to help people rehabilitate.
