The role You’ll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients. Your teams’ success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You’ll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services. What makes a great Senior Employment Consultant? You’re driven to exceed personal and professional goals, and take pride in helping others do the same. Strong communication and negotiation skills are some of your assets, along with the ability to identify a person’s strengths to create solutions that are ‘outside the square’. You’ll know that resilience is important in this line of work and you have it in spades along with your impressive ability when it comes to time management. Finally, you should have some experience supporting, leading or managing others.
