McDonald’s Crew roles Morning / Day time / Evening We have several roles available at either our Ballina Central or Ballina BP Service Centre locations. We are looking for enthusiastic crew to join the teams. We have a variety of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available including customer service and food preparation roles. So, if you want 10 hours or 38 hours, if you like an early start or a late start - or even prefer to work through the night - we are likely to have the shift for you. Very competitive hourly rates, discounts and benefits on offer. Previous customer service experience and a customer first attitude is a must. Quick Service Food retail experience is a bonus. What do we do on a day-to-day basis Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean work environment. Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers. Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment. Serving and assisting our customers. What we expect from you Reliable, punctual and excellent attendance Well-presented, friendly and organised. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and multitasking. Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to deliver a high level of customer service. Communicates clearly and effectively. Comfortable engaging with people including customers, suppliers and contractors. Capable of lifting, shifting, and moving items. Resilient and adaptable, bouncing back from challenges with a positive mindset. A great team player Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms Police Check required if successful (applicants over 18 years only) Must be aged 14 years or older to be eligible for this position.
