A$45-$50 p/h + super + daily travel allowance On-site Posted 22 days ago Welder / Boilermaker – Workshop Based (Central Coast) We’re seeking experienced Boilermakers and Welders for a long-term workshop-based role starting November 2025 (or earlier for the right candidate). This is an excellent chance to join a well-established structural steel fabrication team with consistent work and a great environment. The Opportunity Location: Central Coast, NSW Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour + travel allowance + penalties + super (depending on experience) Duration: 3-month contract with potential for ongoing or permanent employment Environment: Large workshop facility – no site work required Your Role Welding medium to heavy structural steel Welding out structural steel columns and beams Cutting, grinding, and finishing metal components Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and plans About You Minimum 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work full-time hours You’ll be joining a team of around 12 tradesmen in the structural department, working alongside an experienced floor manager who values safety, teamwork, and precision.
