We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. About the role Working at the heart of the Service department this role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service specialist, with automotive experience, to join our busy team. Your experience may be in the workshop, a parts desk, accessories sales or similar. You will have an impressive attitude, the ability to manage multiple tasks and great communication skills. Key Tasks Managing the customer drop-off and collection process to ensure a smooth experience. Liaising with customers and clearly explaining work completed or required. Preparing all service paperwork including accurate job costings. Contributing to the overall maintenance of an organised, clean department and customer area. Skills and experience Service Advisor experience an advantage but not essential. Customer service or workshop experience, especially in the automotive sector, well regarded; training will be provided. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management. High attention to detail. The ability to work in a team environment. Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
