Media Sales & Partnerships Manager (Part-Time) ellaslist | 3 or 4 days per week | Hybrid | Bondi, Sydney Salary + Commission ellaensure is a boutique, family-focused media publication connecting parents with the best experiences, brands and products across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We partner with leading brands in entertainment, lifestyle, travel, education and family services through content‑led, integrated advertising and partnerships. We’re seeking an experienced Media Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our team in a part‑time (3 or 4 days), hybrid role with weekly meetings in Sydney / Bondi. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and inspire a small sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Drive sales strategy, grow new business, manage and grow a portfolio of key brand and agency partners. Bring an existing network of relevant brands, products and decision‑makers. Identify, pitch and close new advertising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Develop tailored, integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events. Work closely with editorial, content and social teams to deliver sponsored campaigns. Maintain sales pipelines, forecasting and CRM records. Track campaign performance and support renewals and long‑term partnerships. Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital media sales, partnerships or advertising. Demonstrated leadership experience, managing or mentoring sales staff. Strong portfolio of brands, products and industry contacts. Experience selling content‑led or integrated media campaigns. Strong client relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of digital media, social platforms and audience measurement. CRM experience (Salesforce Preferred). Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills. Experience within family, lifestyle, entertainment or education sectors highly regarded.
