Responsibilities Assist in reviewing and drafting various contracts, including procurement agreements, logistics service agreements, supplier contracts, and lease agreements. Support employment law compliance matters, including employment contracts, internal policies and Fair Work compliance reviews. Assist in building and improving the ANZ regional compliance framework, covering privacy, data protection, WHS and workplace safety. Liaise with external legal counsels (e.g. MinterEllison, HWLE) and assist with document preparation. Participate in the preparation of internal compliance training materials. Support daily legal inquiries and preliminary risk assessments. Assist with corporate governance matters, including ASIC filings and board documentation. Undertake other projects assigned by management, such as research on cross‑border business compliance. About you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Commercial Law, International Trade Law or related disciplines. Strong bilingual skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to read and draft contracts in English. Native‑level Mandarin communication to liaise with China HQ legal team. Basic understanding of the Australian legal system (Fair Work, WHS and Privacy Law preferred). Strong learning ability, logical thinking, high attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Legal internship experience with law firms or in‑house legal teams is highly regarded.
