Senior Manager (Infrastructure Sustainability) Lead strategic infrastructure and sustainability initiatives shaping the future of the University’s campus. Drive innovation and resilience in engineering services and asset management. Full‑time appointment on an ongoing basis. Base salary range: $160,962 – $167,203 p.a. plus 17 % superannuation. About the area Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. The team delivers a comprehensive range of services including estate planning, capital projects, maintenance, and sustainability programmes. About the opportunity Provide leadership and strategic direction for engineering services and sustainability initiatives. Oversee strategic asset management, lifecycle renewal planning, and utilities management. Influence the integration of environmental sustainability principles into campus infrastructure. About you Degree or higher‑level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering discipline. Eligibility for Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent professional membership. Demonstrated success in strategic asset management and infrastructure planning in a large, complex organisation. Strong leadership and people‑management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. Commitment to sustainability, climate action and continuous improvement.
