End-to-end ownership of the entire creator supply chainCreate the company’s supply chain strategySolve structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of exclusive and non-exclusive supply chain business for OIOwn analytical projects to solve different types of business problemsEnable onboarding of great creators in exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.P&L responsibility for the exclusive and non-exclusive supply chainsMake changes to the product line to increase profit margin/take rateStreamline business and technology solutions that strengthen our partnerships while advancing our servicesWork effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with creator-side products & technology teams, engineers, Studio, Analytics & ProductDefine the digital supply chain roadmap, gain alignment across multiple key stakeholders, and execute goals.Institutionalize order delivery norms and set centralized processes for the categoryCollaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central-level projectsWork with the marketing team to generate customer orders and improve demandAnalyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trendsDevise long-term development strategies for the increase in creator supplyDevise long-term development strategies to solve for pricing, and setting industry standards with supply-exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.Determine the positioning of creators to maximize visibilityLiaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of the categoryPrice Management: Price management of the creators so one remains competitive in the market, which would include negotiations with the creators and replacing the ones that fail to provide a competitive price.Category Analytics: Proficient in data and analytics to identify growth areas and execute.Requirements:

9+ years of demonstrated results as a program manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment.Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 College (4+ years of experience post-MBA preferred)Strong problem-solving ability – The candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and process/ data orientation.Stakeholder management skills – This is a cross-functional role and the candidate should be able to drive results while working with diverse teamsStrong verbal & written communication skillsDemonstrated success in solving analytical problems
