Part time role – 64 hours per fortnight Are you an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? About the role Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical team (Ward 7) on a part‑time basis (a rotating roster including across 7 days including AM and PM and Night duty shifts) to deliver high patient quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set and to be mentored by a dedicated team of Registered and Senior Nurses. With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology. Deliver safe, researched‑based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development Current Registration with AHPRA Minimum 1-year acute experience Med and IV endorsed Commitment to quality patient care Compliance with ACSQHC National standards Sound clinical decision making and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Works well independently and within a team Why Healthscope?
