We are expanding our capability into AI, automation, and modern IT solutions, and are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Writer to support our growth across public-sector contracts. About the Role You will lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions across government and public-sector tenders. Working closely with our technical and delivery teams, you will craft well-structured proposals that accurately reflect our capability and align with evaluation criteria. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyse relevant government tender opportunities (federal, state, and local). Develop, write, and edit tender responses, EOIs, RFTs/RFPs, and capability statements. Collaborate with technical SMEs to gather accurate and meaningful project information. Draft high-impact proposal content, including win themes, value propositions, and technical narratives. Review client requirements and ensure all submissions meet compliance and formatting standards. Coordinate feedback, incorporate revisions, and prepare final, polished submissions. Maintain a repository of templates, standard responses, and supporting documents. Support bid strategy sessions, including shaping win themes and key messaging. Requirements Proven experience writing and managing government tenders in IT, technology, or related sectors. Strong understanding of AusTender and state/local procurement portals. Excellent written communication, editing, and attention to detail. Ability to interpret tender documentation and align responses with evaluation criteria. Experience collaborating with SMEs and technical teams to extract key information. Familiarity with proposal development frameworks is desirable.
