At Kinetic, we’re looking for a great writer and coordinator who is not only passionate about words but also comfortable influencing and collaborating with various levels of internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who wants to consolidate and expand on their writing experience gained in a tender, bid writing or communications environment, who thrives on connecting with people, asking the right questions, and persuasively gathering the insights needed to craft compelling submissions, What you’ll be doing: Supporting our Head of Tenders and partnering with stakeholders to create winning submissions Writing, editing and shaping clear, high-quality content for competitive tenders and bids Persuasively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely input Working with graphic designers and subject matter experts to bring ideas to lifeBuilding a consistent library of content, case studies and reference material Coordinating timelines to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality What we’re looking for: Outgoing, confident communicator who can build trust across various levels of internal stakeholders Comfortable being persuasive to gather information and drive outcomes A strong writer with the ability to simplify technical information into engaging content Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail Experience in proposals, bids, content writing or similar (desirable, but not essential) Why this role stands out: Work closely with a broad range of subject matter experts and leaders across the Kinetic business and influence the way Kinetic wins business Be part of a collaborative team where your input is valued Contribute to projects that directly improve how Australians move Full-time permanent position, based in Melbourne Immediate start available Please submit a detailed resume and cover letter with your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
