Senior Marketing Manager

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager — a true all-rounder — to own and deliver our marketing strategy across brand, content, and digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns and initiatives that grow brand equity, increase brand awareness and strengthen CarExpert's vision to be APACs leading automotive marketplace, transforming how Australians discover, compare and purchase new cars. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of brand strategy and positioning to drive consideration and preference. Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives across our digital channels. Working closely with the Product team to build and deliver product marketing plans for new services, features, and launches. Manage ATL activity (TV, radio, OOH, digital), ensuring brand consistency and maximum impact. Create and manage marketing content - from campaign copy and blogs to executive presentations. Oversee sponsorships and partnerships with key partners from strategy creation to execution, including activations and measurement. Support PR and communications with compelling content and story angles. Promote thought leadership and insights from our unique research and data. Own campaign reporting to track and optimise performance with a test-and-learn mindset. Experience/Skills Candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience. Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, integrated communications and campaign management. Innovative and strategic leadership. Impeccable project management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage your own work. Strong experience managing internal & external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
