About The Role As a Senior Acumatica Functional Consultant, you’ll drive the adoption, optimisation, and governance of our internal Acumatica ERP platform across the Enterprise business—ensuring the system delivers measurable value, scalability, and efficiency for internal stakeholders and customers. What Will Keep You Busy Lead as the subject matter expert for Acumatica ERP. Own solution design, release management, integrations, and data structures to meet business needs Improve system architecture, security, and UX - automate workflows to reduce manual work and maintain a consistent upgrade cadence Enable a single source of truth and multi‑entity operations across ERP, billing, CRM, workflow, and reporting platforms for scalable, unified operations Drive functional enablement and governance - translate requirements into modules/dashboards, own documentation and metrics, and manage access controls, audits, and change management What We'd Love To See From You Acumatica Certified (or similar) with deep SaaS ERP experience spanning technical, functional, and operational domains Billing & subscription expertise including recurring and usage‑based billing, multi‑entity invoicing, revenue recognition, and integrations to CRM and support systems Governance & controls capability access/role management, audit, data quality, licensing, and change management—balancing flexibility with compliance and security Systems integration strength, solid accounting knowledge, and exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management—supported by relevant tertiary qualifications Our Culture & Benefits At MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
