The Role We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Acumatica Functional Engineer to join our Solutions team at Traild. In this role, you’ll play a key part in leading Acumatica integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deploy, support, and enhance Traild’s AP automation solution — ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support to clients, especially escalated issues or complex ERP‑related inquiries, requiring empathy and patience with customer concerns. Assist the Sales team to demonstrate how Traild can help prospects streamline, automate, and protect their accounts payable processes. Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption. Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored ERP/AP solutions. Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Acumatica. Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge‑base articles. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence. Who You Are 3+ years of experience with Acumatica or MYOB Advanced (administration, development, or solution consulting). Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, especially Accounts Payable. Comfortable reading and understanding code — not a developer, but confident navigating integrations and data flows. Experience with additional ERPs such as SYSPRO, SAP B1, or NetSuite is highly regarded. Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross‑functionally to solve them. Confident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers. Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, global scale‑up. Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup. A strong collaborator who embraces growth, execution, and continuous improvement.
