You’ll work as part of a skilled team to ensure public spaces are safe, clean, and visually appealing. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role based in Melbourne with weekday hours. Key Responsibilities Carry out mowing and brush cutting in line with contract specifications and schedules Remove rubbish and debris before starting work to ensure clean and safe operations Maintain and operate plant, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and professional manner Report equipment defects and complete accurate records for maintenance and compliance Serco is a place for you if you are a dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for outdoor work and maintaining public spaces. Qualifications Current driver’s license Working With Children’s Check Understanding of turf machinery operations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Awareness of OHS&E practices, including manual handling and traffic management Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply.
