We’re seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Client Services Manager to join our growing team and be the key link between our operations and our valued school clients. About the Role This role is all about relationships. You’ll be the face of Educlean to our school partners — visiting sites, maintaining relationships, and ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and valued. You won’t be managing rosters or mops — you’ll be managing relationships, conversations, and confidence. Key Responsibilities Build strong client relationships Be the trusted face of Educlean for your portfolio of school clients. Visit regularly, stay connected, and ensure they always feel supported and valued. Oversee service delivery across multiple sites and ensure standards stay high through proactive site visits and feedback loops. Resolve issues fast: address concerns quickly and professionally so clients always feel looked after and confident in our partnership. Support and guide teams: work closely with cleaners and site supervisors. Motivate them, set expectations, and help them deliver consistent quality every day. Stay organised and accountable: manage service agreements, client updates, reports, and compliance requirements with accuracy and care. Look for ways to enhance the service experience and add value for our clients through suggestions, efficiencies, and proactive engagement. What We’re Looking For A people‑first professional who builds rapport easily. Proven experience in client‑facing roles (education, hospitality, or facilities background ideal). Organised, proactive, and dependable with strong follow‑up skills. Confident communicator with polished presentation and writing skills. Ability to travel between sites weekly. Why Join Educlean?
