Training & Development Provided Successful applicants will be supported to complete: TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training & Assessment VESI / ESI-recognised Trainer and Assessor accreditation Ongoing CPD, safety refreshers, and industry development Clear career pathways into senior trainer, quality, or leadership roles Employee Benefits Competitive salary + super + annual review Access to VINCI global employee share program Health, wellbeing and employee assistance programs State‑of‑the‑art training facilities with free onsite parking A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities to influence industry training standards and capability About the Role As a Trainer, you will: Deliver and assess accredited training aligned with VESI and national standards Train apprentices, new entrants, and industry workers across a range of ESI competencies Apply adult learning principles to practical, hands‑on training environments Develop and maintain TAS documents, assessment tools, and learner resources Ensure training compliance with ASQA, VRQA, and RTO standards Support internal audits, scope of registration applications, and quality reviews Manage LMS/SMS training data, reporting and record compliance Integrate innovative learning methods including simulation and digital tools Engage with regulators, clients and industry bodies to ensure industry relevance What We’re Looking For Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution Overhead (Victorian-qualified Lineworker) Demonstrated Lineworker technical expertise and a strong safety mindset Ability to coach, mentor, and support learners of all experience levels Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Commitment to high standards of compliance, training quality and safety Desirable (not required) Previous training, mentoring or coaching experience Exposure to learning systems (LMS/SMS) or RTO environments Experience writing or reviewing assessment tools and training materials Understanding of ASQA/VRQA compliance requirements Why Join Omexom?
