Job no: JR Work type: Permanent Location: Corporate Services - NSW Metropolitan Categories: Management Opportunity We are seeking an experienced CMMS Manager to lead the national deployment and ongoing management of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This pivotal role will drive the successful rollout, standardisation, and optimisation of asset management practices across the organisation. As the primary point of contact for the CMMS, you will partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and site teams to ensure effective implementation, maintain data integrity, and provide high‑quality support to end‑users. This is a key opportunity to influence how we manage our assets, strengthen compliance, and elevate operational performance across all sites. What You Will Bring You will bring extensive experience in CMMS implementation and administration across multi‑site environments, supported by tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. You have a strong grasp of asset management principles and preventive maintenance strategies, complemented by the analytical capability to interpret data and uphold system accuracy. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build trust, influence adoption, and effectively support users at all levels. Confident in managing complex projects and leading through change, you proactively identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance system functionality, and strengthen operational performance. Key Accountabilities Lead the end‑to‑end rollout of the CMMS across all our sites, ensuring timely, consistent, and effective implementation. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, site stakeholders, and external vendors to support seamless delivery. Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes and resources to drive strong user adoption and system proficiency. Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring system stability, performance, and the highest standards of data integrity. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users across all sites. Establish and maintain a consistent, organisation‑wide asset taxonomy, including naming conventions and classification standards. Develop, implement, and optimise preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules aligned with operational requirements. Monitor system compliance, utilisation, and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to system functionality and overall user experience. Collaborate on system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen asset management capability. Experience working in regulated environments or industries with strict asset management requirements. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or maintenance excellence programmes. Advanced skills in data reporting and dashboarding tools. Ability to work across large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
