Export Documentation and Customer Service Assistant Regional Workforce Management – Beresfield NSW About the Role Our client is seeking an Export Documentation & Customer Service Assistant in Beresfield. In this role you will manage export documentation, coordinate export sales orders, and support customer service to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery. Annual Salary: $68,000-$72,000 + superannuation Location: Beresfield, NSW (relocating to Rutherford in 2027) Employment type: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Roles & Responsibilities Process and manage export sales orders using the ERP system Prepare and coordinate export documentation including health and trade certificates Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and overseas stakeholders Track and record logistics and export activity to ensure compliance Support reporting of export customer complaints and non-conformances About You Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Clear written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Benefits Stable, full-time weekday hours Opportunity to build a long-term career Supportive team environment within a global business About RWM Group RWM Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
