Part Time Customer Service and Sales Assistant Warners Bay NSW Join Beacon Lighting as a part time Customer Service and Sales Assistant in our Warners Bay store. Utilise your sales skills and passion for interior design to light up our customers' lives Benefits Competitive pay, higher rates on weekends and public holidays Performance based profit share incentives Paid birthday leave and wellbeing days Generous team member discounts On-site parking, uniform and laundry allowance Opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme Extensive training including on-the-job and online learning modules Seasonal catalogue launch invitations and career development opportunities Great work‑life balance with every second weekend off Role Based at our Warners Bay store and averaging approximately 42 hours per fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the key responsibilities include: Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best choice Achieve and exceed personal sales targets Support team members to meet business goals Contribute to the overall store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping Support local community and charitable organisations About You Previous retail experience Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers Energetic, enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively Strong attention to detail About Beacon Lighting Lighting is crucial to the way we live, work and feel, which is why we’re passionate about providing our retail and trade customers with expert advice so that they can live brighter by making the best lighting choices.
