Our team is small, supportive and collaborative, with a focus on quality service, smooth online ordering, and an engaging social media presence. Role Description We’re looking for a Social Media & Sales Assistant to join our team. This on‑site role blends customer service, retail operations and digital support. You’ll work closely with another team member in the same role, with full training provided across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in‑store, including fittings and product guidance Respond to enquiries via email, phone and text Pack online orders and manage incoming stock and deliveries Support stock counts and store organisation Post content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (content provided) Update the website and release new collections Use platforms such as Lightspeed, Podium and Bartercard (training provided) Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Clear written and verbal communication Confidence in sales and building customer relationships Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently Experience in retail, marketing or social media is an advantage Ideal for a Communications & Media or Marketing/Business student in their 1st or 2nd year looking for hands‑on industry experience Seniority Level Internship Employment Type Other Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
