This role blends digital marketing with hands‑on retail, customer service, and admin – perfect for a student wanting real experience across multiple parts of a business. What The Role Involves Customer Service (In‑Store & Online) Assisting customers with fittings, styling and product questions Responding to enquiries via email, phone and text Providing warm, helpful support to both retail and wholesale customers Order Packing & Stock Management Packing and dispatching online orders Unpacking new deliveries and organising stock Assisting with stock counts and store presentation Social Media Posting Posting content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Using assets provided from the So Danca global library (no content creation required unless you want to) Helping keep our online presence active and on‑brand Website, Admin & System Support Updating our WordPress + Lightspeed eCommerce store Releasing new collections online Using platforms like Podium, Bartercard and other internal systems Supporting general admin tasks across the business Full training provided for all platforms Who We’re Looking For A current Communications, Media, Marketing or Business student (1st–2nd year preferred) Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms A clear communicator with a customer‑first mindset Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently A team player who enjoys switching between digital and retail tasks Available part‑time and able to work onsite in Warners Bay Hours & Working Style We’re very flexible and happy to work around uni schedules, exams and mid‑semester workloads to get you in as consistently as possible. Casual role with flexible hours.
