Some of our clients are RM Williams, Helly Hansen, Fjallraven (KANKEN), Havaianas, Nutrition Warehouse, Mr Vitamins and many other exciting brands and entrepreneurs. We are experiencing month‑on‑month growth with over 50 happy clients and purely 5‑star reviews. Our team is growing, and we are searching for a driven individual determined to achieve targets. This role is not for the meek; we are looking for someone with big goals who wants to conquer the world. About The Role We’re on the hunt for a social media superstar to lead our social accounts and build a community. For this role, you will create engaging content, optimise company pages, and foster community interaction. Social media specialists are knowledgeable in various social media platforms; you will utilise analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth. The position is remote/full‑time (40 hours per week), as close to Melbourne, Australia time zone as possible. Requirements 1+ years of experience in Social Media is essential Graduate of BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Should be based in South Africa Skilled in copywriting and simple creative executions Familiar with Facebook pixel installation and diagnostics Digital literacy with a proven track record in social media marketing Analysing online traffic and engagement metrics Working within a team to locate and capitalise on social media trends Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability Responsibilities Build and execute social media strategies for Lion Clients, through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Moderate all user‑generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information What We Offer An energetic and fast‑growing team Healthy environment, diversity and great social culture Advanced platforms/tools for higher performance and development at work Unlimited career growth, both professionally and personally Generous earning potential Work with eCommerce market leaders in their industry A fun team environment with a great collaborative culture Collaborative learning environment with a hands‑on approach Casual office environment with flexible holidays and time off The salary range for this role is $500‑$2,000 AUD per month depending on experience and skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
